From entering the store we were met with a smily face and very good advise it didn't take too long to pick our mattress and was given good advise on how to choose the right one Very friendly staff felt well as ease

The time the advisor Kat took to make sure we testing the correct mattress, the deals that were explained to us and the no pressure to purchase on that same day. We went home and worked out finances and returned a week later and we were served by Asad who advised us the offers had improved and now included half price pillows if we were interested which was perfect timing. The mattresses were checked again, we were always greeted with a caring smile and we even got complimentary water along with our mattress just what a pregnant lady needs. Will definitely be back in the future.

The assistant was there to advise and was really helpful then I was left to make my mind up he was not pushy at all which really puts me off and because of the reasons already advised I decided to buy on the day which wasn’t my intention I was just going to look.

Hi i have been the first time experience in dream customers service at really help full and it really friendly i will recommend friends and family visit to the dream highly satisfied but I'm waiting for hybrid 800 hundred pocket mattress delivery coming 1 April I'm very excited
