Katherine, you staff member showed full knowledge of the business, explained fully the ins and outs of selecting the correct bed comfort. Tried out the comfort bed computer which agreed with our own thoughts. Showed and explained to us the four recommended beds, tried each one which we narrowed down to the best two, then left us alone to consider the best option. She was exemplary in knowledge and advice. We could not ask for more and even the delivery date was satisfactory, well before we had anticipated. All in all a good experience.

It’s been quite a few years since I last bought a bed and so I felt like I was walking into the unknown with all the choices and makes and models etc and I felt completely at eas and reassured with Becky from Dreams Oldham Branch, I did not feel rushed and felt Becky really wanted the best for me, it wasn’t just a job for her. I now can’t wait for my new beds to arrive.
