The sales assistance we had was highly appreciated asking if my partner needs any water.My partner is disabled and it was very kind of the sales assistant to offer this.

Very satisfied with products, prices and customer service. The staff are very helpful in showing you all the different qualities of products available and where they are located within the store. Once they have done this they don’t pester you like other sales people and let you get on and choose what you like. I would recommend dreams to all friends and family, it’s just a shame this store isn’t around the corner from me.

The Lady who assisted us in store was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs. After having the sleep assessment done she pointed out the suitable mattresses to try and gave us time to decided which one we preferred, then gave us all the information on payment and delivery. We also received a mattress cover and pillows which was so unexpected. Overall it was a very pleasant and stress free experience.

My son and I were welcomed warmly by Asad who was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses in which we were interested in buying. My son tested the kind of mattress which would be good for him and this made the choice easy. Asad offered us a drink of water as well. The reception he gave us would encourage us to return in the future.
