We looked online at mattresses, went to the store at Elk Mill, had a lie down, ordered and was given a pack of 4 pillows free. Agreed a delivery date, received email with time slot, Simon rang to say he would be with us in 7 minutes, and he was, very professional & friendly. Extremely pleased with our new mattress.

Myself and my partner went to Dreams to browse and not to buy but because of how amazing the store was we ended up buying anyway! When we arrived at the store the staff were friendly and helpful. They ensured we had everything we needed, from a pillow to try the matresses to information about each product. They even gave us a bottle of water each. When we decided on a mattress and a bed any concerns we had were instantly eased by the brilliant team. We were very happy with our bed, the experience and the staff :)

Great service from both visits before making selection, greeted and explained range,allowed to browse and then helped with pillow and lead through trying out mattresses . When completing selection great flexibility over delivery time.

the staff cheryl was lovely very helpfull wasnt pushie at all left us and came back which was very nice we had a go on the pressure bed to check which bed is best for us cheryl was fab. thank you very much.

The staff we told her I wasn’t sure was I was looking for in what type of bed I needed, so she tested me On the bed machine and shown me beds that would be best for me and I bought one she was amazing thank you. Can’t wait for it to arrive!

I visited elk mill dreams and my experience was great. Cheryl went to great lengths to make me feel comfortable and to explain the reasons behind her mattress choice for me and my girlfriend. Lovely lady and she knew what she was talking about.
