We were greeted straight away by a friendly face, he helped us with our queries and then proposed the new machine to see what fit us best.

From the moment we walked in, the staff made themselves available to us, but weren’t pushy. Explained the store layout and then left us to it for a bit. When noticed we spent a fair amount of time around one mattress and came to talk to us explains the springs, foam etc, and offered us pillows to make testing the mattress more realistic. The same colleague came to us when we were looking at a bed frame and was very helpful with giving lead times and stuff like that. She was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Once we’d made up our minds, the order was processed quickly and efficiently

Cheryl at the Oldham branch was very helpful with our selection of a new mattress. She was very conscious of both our needs for a new mattress and was able to recommend one that we both love and cannot wait to receive at home. She also recommended the Tempur pillows which we came back and bought the next day. Very satisfied and will be returning. Thank you for your help!

Quick and easy . Assistant very helpful but not overpowering

the staff understood my needs and were very helpfull and nothing was to much trouble for them.

The bed that measures your pressure points and gives the staff a read out of suggested beds suitable was a fabulous experience in itself. The staffs product knowledge and her customer service was excellent. The only negative was I impulsively bought the pillow at £95 and found them so much cheaper on line. I think under the circumstances they should be discounted
