Staff where very friendly and helpful finding the right bed for me.

Entered store and was immediately approached by a staff member, helped us with choosing our new mattress on the machine that tests your back. While doing this she kept our baby entertained in the pram then proceeded to show us different mattresses. We chose within minutes and she took us right to the till to proceed. All done and dusted in 20 minutes and so helpful!

Cheryl was amazing when helping me choose my new bed from the elk mill store. She was so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. As she knew it was my first time shopping for a mattress, she was so kind answering all of my questions and making sure I knew exactly what I was buying and why it was the best decision for me. The manager (who’s name I didn’t catch) was also so lovely, and was able to suggest which finance option would be the best to suit me. Thank you both for the assistance, I would recommend this store to any family and friends.

Everyone in store was very polite, the person who helped us, Howard, not too pushy and provided us with plenty of options as to the mattress that we were after. The overall experience was relaxed and we were given plenty of time to test each mattress to confirm our preference.

Lovely staff, was approach straight away didn’t need to seek staff. She was attentive to our son as well understanding not the most exciting time for a 5 year old and including him by taking an interest. I would recommend family/ friends to visit the store as we were really impressed with the level of service we received

The knowledge of the assistant Howard was very high and we were able to choose the right mattress for our specific needs.
