Very quick results when we had explained our needs, the young Lady was very knowledgeable with products and helped us find a very good match for what we needed, its been a while since we bought a new mattress, so we didnt really know when we arrived what we were looking for, but your salesperson we very quick to find something that suited us, and we were very happy with what she suggested. The whole experience was very easy. As a person with disabilities, I was also quite happy to find they were also very understanding and helpful.

The young lady who looked after us was great, polite and helpful. As a disabled customer she made every effort to make life easier.

The member of staff who assisted us was very helpful and knowledgeable. She even helped us decide on a colour of the bed. Nothing was too much for her .

Great customer service and quality of product

As soon as I entered the store in Oldham Cheryl greeted me and offer to help me. I explained what I was looking for and she took the time to understand what my budget was and the type of Bed I would like. Cheryl demonstrated to me the options available and clearly identified the prices. I explained that the bed would be for my 91 year old father in-law and that I needed as quickly as possible. Cheryl did her best to find the compatible parts for the bed to be delivered on the same date. It was a hot day and Cheryl offered me a cold drink which as really appreciated. IKra, and Becky also help in the searching for the compatible parts to the bed. The team, especially Cheryl was professional, kind and helpful. My bed will be delivered on the 2/10/21. Thank You !!
