Dreams - Oldham

There were other customers in before me, but still the assistants acknowledged me. I was asked what type of bed and price frame I explained my needs, it was explained by lying on bed to find the best beds to meet my needs, I was then shown 3 beds needless to say found the bed of my dreams I was also offered a bottle of water whilst walking around the 2 assistants were knowledgeable friendly and welcoming. I'd only gone into look and because of the fantastic service and price I was able to buy. Thank you to a lovely team.

The employees were very helpful on my visit and were very attentive to my needs. They were the highlight of the store aside from the robot which helped to measure your suitability for a matress.

All the staffs were very friendly and approachable. especially Katherine, who welcomed us to the store as we walked in to the store. She seemed to have a thorough knowledge on every items in the store and its usage and benefits etc.. The manager was kind enough to take off one of the fitting charges too. Over all, we were very satisfied with all of them and will go again if we another from the store and also would highly recommend friends and families too. Dileep Mathew

I went looking round for a new mattress before the COVID 19 pandemic. When I returned back to the same store, the same store assistant (Cheryl at Elk Mill Dreams store) remembered my face, as I remembered hers. Cheryl showed me the exact mattress that I was looking at before the pandemic (the team GB mattress). Cheryl also showed me around other mattresses, however I chose the mattress I first set my eyes on. Cheryl gave the best mattress advice. Cheryl had a lovely personality and manner. Cheryl is an absolute credit to your store.

As I had no idea of how to narrow down what kind of mattress I wanted, Cheryl at the Oldham elk mill branch was super friendly and knowledgeable from start to finish! She showed me the dreams mattress machine to help find the mattress for me and showed me around the mattresses that I matched too! She was very patient and lovely when I wanted to go to and fro the different mattress before making my final decision. She was very helpful and kind and made everything smooth. I was also very impressed with the quick turn around for delivery and free mattress protector
