Dreams - Oldham

I managed to get a mattress i was looking for. I wanted a firm mattress as i suffer with chronic pain. I was told by my doctor to try a new mattress, i explained this to the staff member who was called Asad. This was at Elk Mill Oldham. He was very helpful. He helped me get my order through in a professional manner. He let me decide after giving me a few options, which i thought was great as many stores the staff seem to pressurise customers into buying. I have now decided i will be back to buy another mattress as i have been given information and a few options as to what is best suited to me. I was happy with the service i recieved. Asad was very professional and helpful throughout.

Asad who served us was brilliant with explaining everything to us and helping us find the perfect mattress, he made us feel very welcome and even offered us free water. All the staff were super friendly and couldn’t have helped or made us feel anymore welcome. Very pleased thank you elk mill team!!

Kathrine, who delt with my purchase was vwry knowlegable about all the product. She showed me to the area of beds, which suited my needs. Then i went on the sleep master machine & advised the best style matresses. I chose what suited & felt right for me & was never pressured for a sale. The other staff in the Oldham shop, where also very friendly towards me & other colleages.
