Dreams - Oldham

We were assisted by a lovely Dreams employee, Asad. He worked out which mattress type we were best suited to, using the computerised bed. He was very knowledgeable, and helpful.

Kathryn, in your Oldham store was really friendly and very helpful, not pushy like some sales people, she even gave us a drink of bottled water, while we were looking around, she tested us on the mattress checker, and gave us all the choices of mattress which really helped us make a decision, we were really impressed with the service we received

It was a pleasure placing the order with Asad, he offered to give us guidance on what mattresses were which and encouraged we try the machine to let us find which one would be most suitable for us. Throughout the ordering process he offered us water, made sure we were comfortable and handled our questions politely and thoroughly. His service and knowledge was so encouraging that my father immediately purchased one for himself as well, rather than waiting until next year as he'd initially planned.
