We received a lot of attention from an assistant, if not, we would have walked out of the store. After the initial presentation she showed us a few beds which she felt would suit us. With her help we decided on a bed. The problem arrived when we came to ordering. The girl needed to ask the manager certain questions she couldn't answer. Unfortuneately she was dealing with somebody else and several times we had to wait for her to excuse herself to give the answers. The point being that there was only one person in the store who knew all the answers. Eventually the contract was signed electronically and at last I left the store (my wife had already gone). When I reviewed the contract I noticed an error of £198. I returned but the time taken to amend it was interminable and left the store thoroughly disillusioned.

There was not enough pay points. Only two when the store was busy. The member of staff that served us was not as friendly as expected. She was abrupt when asking us if we wanted our old mattress taken away. Made us feel like she was the one going to move it the way she spoke to us. There was a sign up for free delivery but if you wanted a weekend you had to pay extra. This should have been clear.
