Dreams - Oldham

I visited the Dreams store at Elk Mill Oldham where the Manager with the blonde hair (sorry I did not get her name) approached us and attended to everything we were asking for. We discussed our budget and what we wanted and she found a deal perfect for us. We wanted a soft mattress but didn’t have the budget for the highest end so she showed us a cheaper option with similar quality which we selected along with a bed 2 bedside tables and an ottoman storage bench. I also had my 10 month old daughter with me who she was very attentive and understanding with. We also received some bottles of water while we were looking around. Store really clean and staff really friendly and helpful! Thanks :)

Great service

Whilst purchasing a mattress for my adult son, the colleague Asad was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and he made the whole experience a pleasure. Thank you Asad. And well done Dreams.

1st ever time visiting dreams as we entered store looked fantastic lots of choice and was greeted by Asad in the Oldham branch at elk mill. We explained we are just after a mattress and he asked if we have been before or tried out the dreams experience on the bed to find our perfect mattress. With having lower back pains and the wife not liking our current mattress this seemed the easier option to try. Couple of minutes later it was complete and asad showed us our choices straight to the tempur mattress tried it and to be honest when I saw the price I was a little taken back. Asked to see some other options but after trying possibly the best mattress in the store which we both loved it was hard to choose a anything else. With asad mentioning the 10 year guarantee the removal of the sheet covering for washing and the offer on in store we went with it. Have to admit if we had started with the lower range first we may of had chose one of them first but that’s just asad being a great sales advisor and knowledge of the product which had us choosing this product.

It was sanitary upon entering. A store assistant introduced herself and asked if we wanted any help but then left when we said no. After some browsing she came back to see if she could help us again at which point I accepted. She was non judgmental on my needs for a sturdy bed given my size, she helped with the sleep master and left us to do it so we didn't feel watched. She engaged in general conversation at appropriate times. She was able to show us to the recommended mattresses and beds with ease and was very accommodating of our to young children who insisted on jumping on beds. Ahe discussed pros and cons of each bed or mattress and gave us prices for each choice. Ahe then left us to talk amongst ourselves for a good amount of time until we got her attention. She then placed the order, offered us extras such as pillows and a mattress protector. Suggested protection on our bed as I'm worried about sturdiness. All in all she was very polite, patient and a pleasure to deal with. She made us feel confident in our shopping experience.
