From the minute we walked in the salesman Kas was very attentive and very helpful

From walking into the store we were not badgered by any sales assistants just asked if we needed any help and then left to. Us to Browse when we did need a assistance there were there to help

Very good customer service.

Mr Innayat was very helpful in helping us with the selection of the bed that was in our budget but still very comfortable.

The store manager Inny was extremely helpful and provided us with ample information in order to purchase the right products.

We just popped in to have a look at the Tempur mattress, we didn’t go in to specifically buy one. The store was bright & well presented a memeber of the service team came over to say hello, not an annoying hello that you can sometimes get in big furniture stores a really pleasant greeting. Becky was super helpful & she said she had only been there a couple of days, if that was the case then Becky has done her homework. She was very knowledgeable about the Tempur product, she explained the benefits of each different mattress & encouraged us to lie on each one bringing over a Tempur pillow to try as well, we ended up purchasing a Tempur mattress & 2 pillows

Mattresses prices could be lower

I felt a little driven towards what I wanted. So I did decide to take time out before I went ahead
