I was greeted with a friendly manner. the assistant answered all of our questions we was made to fell at ease with out being pressured.

We were greeted in store by Kat who was very cheerful and extremely helpful without being pushy. Kat offered us hot drinks and made us comfortable whilst waiting for a station to come available. She was extremely knowledgeable about the items we were purchasing and we didn't feel rushed or pressured. We had attempted to order items online earlier in the day but the website crashed. As we were taking out finance all our details had been stored however the credit check seemed to take quite a while. Kat was very reassuring and explained that this could possibly be that they were checking it wasn't a duplicate as we had attempted earlier online. She was very easy to talk to and made our experience a very pleasant one.

I found Rebecca to be very helpful explaining and ordering my chosen matress I also found plenty of mattresses to choose from, and delighted the one I choose had a price drop of £600.00.

The staff dealt with us really professionaly and we were very satisfied with the price we paid after discount and I he quality of the product.

The sales assistant Becky was knowledgeable about the products we looked at.

From the moment we stepped in store we were informed of the type of products and guided to what we was looking for. Pillow and refreshments were provided whilst we decided what product we wanted. Staff also informed us what offers were on, on that day. The staff were well informed and didn't pressure or hover over us whilst we were looking. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Once we decided the transaction was informative and smooth. Couldn't ask for better customer service it was outstanding.

KAT, the sales assistant was perfect, very knowledgeable about the products, helpful with all beds tested and zero pushy.

The sales assistant spent time showing me a range of products and explaining the different types of mattress and how that are constructed. The checkout process was thorough and I felt able to take time reading through the various documents. The delivery options were good and I was offered the pick-up service for my old mattress without having to ask if this was available

Served by kat who was amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I was amazed when she told me she had only been there for 2 weeks!
