The Dreams Manager Inny was extremely helpful in providing us with assistance in our sleeping pattern & positions. Especially how to use your pillow to support your neck. He was also very informed on all the different beds & the ones that would meet our needs best.

Extremely helpful member of staff who asked us how we slept in bed- on the side or on the back, what comfort level we wanted and he explained how a memory foam mattress or topper layer works by supporting your lower back.

The assistant in the shop (Kas) was amazing and knew everything that we asked him. The other shop staff were extremely friendly, even when I insisted on trying quite a few different mattresses.

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. The Attention given by the staff, the product knowledge, the affordability, the range of products. All were excellent even being offered tea, coffee or water.....
