The lovely sales assistant was very good in assisting us to choose what we wanted.

We was very impressed with the service we received from Kat, she was really patient with us when we couldn't decide between 2 mattress and kept going back and forth, she never rushed us into making a decision and provided all info on each product we looked at.

The shop assistant was extremely helpful and had a good knowledge of the type of mattress we required and so we were highly satisfied with the service we were given.

The store manager, can’t remember his name, was very knowledgeable and helpful. It’s my first time buying from dreams and I will recommend the elk mill branch to all my friends and family as I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. I remember his saying he used to be a physio therapist and was asking my partner plenty of questions as he suffers with back pain. He was very knowledgeable and couldn’t have done anymore to help us. We got everything we needed.

Absolutely made up, kas went above and beyond to meet our needs. Didn't push for a sale like other places we looked at which made us feel more comfortable for buying. The whole experience was made quick and easy. We would like to thank the store manager for his help aswell to get the best deal and kas for putting up with our needs and budget and requirements
