The assistant at Dreams- Elk Mill - Broadway, Becky was really helpful she gave me time to look around the store. Assisted when needed, explained the different types of beds and mattresses. Helped with alternative options and gave me time to make my decision. She did not pressure me into making my choice and she makes lovely cup of tea.

Me and my husband visited several times before making our purchase. The staff were not pushy at all and very helpful and pleasant. The staff made us want to make a purchase from them. The main advisor was Kathryn and her service was excellant. But we also had fantastic service from Gemma and Ikra.. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

No pressure to buy

Only open 8 weeks but team were knowledgeable (Becky only been with Dreams for 8 weeks too)...friendly and attentive and we were offered a coffee too

The assistant was particularly knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions asked. Additionally she pointed us towards a bed with the technology that would inform us of the mattress that would b ideal for our needs
