Was greeted as soon as we walked into the store, the sales assistant was very pleasent and very helpful, even offered us a hot drink whilst going through the order.

From start to finish the shopping experience at dreams was very good. Cheryl who served us was very helpful and couldn't do enough for us.

Becky was the sales assistant we dealt with. She was attentive, sensitive to our needs, spending time with us (not making us feel rushed), knowledgeable of the product available.

Kat was friendly and made me very welcome and put me at ease straight away. She was able to provide excellent product knowledge and guide me through the the options on display in the showroom.
