The moment we entered the store it felt relaxed, we where not immediately " accosted " even though it was clear staff had no other customers to attend to on the ground floor level ! My wife and I had time to understand our time to look around the store, before I then asked for assistance. Which was immediate and felt fully inclusive, given our lack of understanding as to our genuine needs for the right mattress.

Excellent customer service given and great knowledge on helping us decide the best choice.

The lady who assisted us was excellent in the guidance provided during our sales process without it ever feeling like a pressurised sales pitch. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process.

The staff were not pushy but attentive if required

All of our concerns were listened to and we feel that we have chosen the right mattress for us based off the knowledge the sales rep. We took quite a bit of time to decide on which mattress was right for us and the sales rep kindly gave us the space and the time to decide

Member of staff came to check we was ok she was super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and didn’t pressure us in to a sale. We needed to go away and measure up she made us aware the sale finished that day but gave us closing times and when we came back she remembered us and what we needed.
