Excellent quality, knowledgeable assistant and very friendly

We were given the oporunity to lie on the beds, unfortunately the bed which rates what you need was not working properly. We had a coffe and the use of the toilets.

The assistants were friendly and helpful and made it very easy for us to decide what we needed.Both the ladies were very well informed about all the products and were able to answer any questions we had and my mum who is not able to walk and can’t stand for long periods they were very good and nice to her it makes all the difference when you have good welcoming staff very lovely ladies .

On entering the store I was met by Cheryl who straight away inquired about my specific needs and entered my details into the computer that then informed me of the particular mattress best suited me. Once Cheryl had the information she showed me the mattresses that best suited me and from there on I made my purchase.
