Staff super friendly and helpful, great product range.

Greeted on arrival and offered help straight away and option to browse independently first. Did not feel pressured to buy anything we didn't want. Cheryl and colleagues in store were very friendly and gave us enough valuable information to make our decision. Also offered cup of coffee and toy for my baby to play with when placing our order. Customer service was great.

Met and greeted promptly and guided to the matttress selector device which gave out a list of eight or nine suitable mattresses for my specific needs. I then tried all the selected mattresses,eliminating choices as I went, until I decided on one. Price was not a consideration until I found one on my shortlist was on offer at a considerable discount. Choice made, I went through the ordering procedure very smoothly.

All staff were attentive and happy to help they gave great advice when we thought we had chosen a bed one member of staff suggested that the type chosen was less for every night sleeping and more for a guest bedroom and recommended a better option which actually turned out to be £10 cheaper. Refreshments in the form of water was offered which was nice and all staff were happy to let us look and offer advice when they felt necessary.
