All sales people were extremely helpful and friendly at the store. Although we were served by Ikra other assistants helped by looking for items on the internet (since our visit to the store started when the store was not very busy.) The store manger was also helpful- Susie - since she knew some of the items we looked at had a long delivery time. We needed something available in a week or so.

It was so easy the lady that helped in the shop was really helpful and could not have done anything more for me

Fantastic knowledge from store assistant, made to feel very welcomed and not pressured. Friendly staff within the store -even had a coffee made whilst we tried out recommendations of mattresses and pillows. Kat, our assistant, her boss and other colleague were so happy to talk to us, nothing was too much trouble-so knowledgable on various mattress supports and was the best shopping experience we have had in such a long time. I would highly recommend this store to anybody wanting a fabulous service, really friendly approach, welcoming staff and outstanding knowledge on all things to ensure a great nights sleep!!!

Kassam was very helpful and assisted me getting of the beds, he listened to my requirements. He also offered us refreshments while we were placing our order.

Quick efficient ordering

The lady who served me was lovely. She went through all my options and made me feel really at ease. She was very professional and all the other staff were really friendly too. Great service overall really pleased.
