I came in with my husband to purchase mattresses for my new house. First time ever buying mattresses and the amount of knowledge I gained whilst visiting dreams was so beneficial when it came to choosing the right mattresses for my home. The store assistant Asda (Oldham Retail Park) was really friendly had amazing product knowledge and made us feel really comfortable in choosing the mattresses that suit us best. We benefitted from the 50% off offer as well as the additional 10% so the price we paid for our mattresses was beyond amazing. I would highly recommend Dreams as the journey from entering the door to leaving the door was without fault. Will definitely visit again in the future.

I am disabled and have to use 2 sticks. The lady moved furniture so we could get my wheelchair through. Nothing was to much trouble

We was seen to immediately, was offered a face mask as my husband hadn’t got one. Cheryl, at the Elk Mill branch Oldham, was very polite, informative with all the mattresses and not pushy at all. We tried 6 different mattresses with which Cheryl talked about giving the full product details and then she left us for my husband and myself to discuss between us. When we choose the mattress we wanted she took us through the process of buying the product. Very simple and all done within 10 mins. We bought our previous mattress many years ago and was very satisfied with it and would only buy from Dreams because of the quality and price.
