Dreams - Oldham

I was very impressed with the assistant who dealt with me. Her knowledge was vast about types of mattresses, and her attitude was so pleasant. I felt very confident I was buying the right product. "Which" magazine had rated Dreams so poorly in every respect, that I almost didn't bother to go in. I am so pleased I did. The mystery shopper obviously didn't go in the Elk Mill store. I hope the delivery and mattresses will arrive when agreed and undamaged, and then Dreams will get a perfect score from me

Asad was very patient with my elderly mum who was buying a new mattress. He listened to mum’s needs and gave us many options to choose from.

We were treated with respect, assisted in every way, but at the same time not pressured in any way and made comfortable. All this resulted in us making a purchase which hadn't walked in with the intention of necessarily doing the same day. Excellent customer care!

I am disabled and have to use 2 sticks. The lady moved furniture so we could get my wheelchair through. Nothing was to much trouble

We was seen to immediately, was offered a face mask as my husband hadn’t got one. Cheryl, at the Elk Mill branch Oldham, was very polite, informative with all the mattresses and not pushy at all. We tried 6 different mattresses with which Cheryl talked about giving the full product details and then she left us for my husband and myself to discuss between us. When we choose the mattress we wanted she took us through the process of buying the product. Very simple and all done within 10 mins. We bought our previous mattress many years ago and was very satisfied with it and would only buy from Dreams because of the quality and price.
