Cheryl was such a lovely lady with all the madness of the kids running around! She was lovely and had a smile on her face through out lol. She was very helpful and available for our questions. When we came back the second time she offered us drinks and got stuff out to entertain the kids while we sorted the paperwork out and it a good timely manner. Hope the order comes through as well as it was to place it.

We were welcomed by Kat at Royton store with a very pleasant and cheerful hello and she said if we needed any help to let her know. We told her we were looking for a Tempur mattress and Kat was very helpful in advising us on the different types that we could choose from. We made a decision on a fantastic Tempur mattress and pillows and she processed the order very efficiently and speedily. We were offered coffee and were made to feel comfortable. All the staff were pleasant and friendly

Kat was very pleasant and is a great team member at the store she makes you feel very welcoming and helps to find your needs very quickly. Even when placing the order she made it feel easy and enjoyable with having good conversation.
