I was impressed with the information & understanding the sales assistant gave me. Especially, even though I left the store for a short time to think over before purchasing.

The sales assistant was extremely helpful and friendly offering refreshments and alternative products to suit an immediate need for delivery.

The lady who helped me understood I needed assistance and my son preferred to choose for him self.

Pleasant and friendly staff and smartly dressed! Was seen straight away as I entered the store which was perfect as I had a busy schedule that day! Was shown to the products I required about and was highly recommend to use the bed machine for which mattress was suitable to me!

The lady who helped us in store was amazing. She was so friendly and had so much knowledge. She listened to what we wanted and helped us find the perfect bed.

"Which" magazine had rated Dreams so poorly in every respect, that I almost didn't bother to go in. I am so pleased I did. The mystery shopper obviously didn't go in the Elk Mill store. I hope the delivery and mattresses will arrive when agreed and undamaged, and then Dreams will get a perfect score from me
