Our store representative was extremely helpful, offered us a brew, gave us plenty of information. Blonde hair lady, I can’t remember her name. But she was lovely. (Elk Mill site) product seemed great quality, will confirm when goods received. 8-12 week lead time did seem a little long in my opinion. But overall fantastic service.

The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, they worked with us to find the perfect mattress for us to match the bed we ordered , extremely happy with my visit to the store and can’t wait for my bed and mattress to arrive
