Due to Covid this is the first non essential shop I have been too the social distancing rules and cleanliness were 2nd to none and really put me at ease.

Due to Covid this is the first non essential shop I have been too the social distancing rules and cleanliness were 2nd to none and really put me at ease.

We initially popped in the day before that actual purchase and met a very lovely lady called Becky. She advised us to utilise the hand sanitiser and support us throughout our decision making in find the right bed. She was really good to my 4 years old son and even supplied him a temporary pillow so he could test out mattresses with us. We eventually decided on a bed, headboard and mattress but wanted to sleep on it before committing. There were no signs of pressure selling from Becky and she encouraged us to come back the next day. So the next day we did come back. Becky wasn't present but Cheryl was and had already been informed about us. We ended up changing our minds and went for a different bed, mattress and headboard altogether. Cheryl was kind, polite and patient with us and even got us a bottle of water. Overall, the staff were very friendly, helpful, curious and not your typical hard selling sales people.
