We came to buy a specific bed having researched what we wanted, we were tested for our needs then bought what we wanted.

We only called into the shop to have a look, ended up purchasing 2 (TWO) expensive mattresses not just one. The assistant was more than helpful and had a very pleasant way of dealing with us as customers. My wife and I recognise these values as we are in the business of speaking with people as we deal with others much the same but not in the selling of any products.
