Really good customer service, the assistant spent time with us, gave us good information and advice

Staff were friendly but not pushy. Pillows were sanitised prior to us using them

A staff member approached us offering help on arrival. We took this offer. She explained the different options but left us to browse aswell so we didn’t feel over crowded.

Very satisfied wasn’t rushed into buying took the time to listen and show me around nothing was too much of a problem

Roshan our sales assistant on the day was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure all of our queries were answered and we were fully satisfied with any issues that could be addressed pre-purchase

Very happy with the greeting as soon as we went in and he was not pushy. He ask if we needed any help and he gave us alot of help. Then after explaining about the product he left us so we could try the beds out without any body watching so there was no pressure. He also came back to us with out us having to look for him. His attention to detail and product information is what helped to sell the bed and trying it out with a pillow. Very please so far now i can not wait to try it out at home. Thank you

Denier at Dreams Nottingham was diligent and professional. The showroom was clean and tidy and all members of staff were polite and helpful. Denier was very knowledgeable and presented the products well, without pushing a sale too hard. The result? I wanted to buy the Dreams bed over and above all competitors, and I wanted to buy it from Denier.
