I need to test the bed at home to give a realistic view on these questions. The store is large & I had a bit of difficulty walking from one end to the other due to disability.

Due to an technical fault all my details were lost and the sales rep had to relog all my details

I am happy with y purchase of my mattress and the lady who helped with this was excellent with her product knowledge. I unfortunately went wanting to by the “Knox” bed which is £599, I am not prepared to pay this without seeing it in the showroom. Sadly this does not feature in the Nottingham showroom.

I was not happy having to pay £85 for the guarantee. i would have thought that a mattress costing £1100 would come with more than one year's guarantee.

I’m never or very rarely “highly satisfied” - there always needs to be something to aim at!

The service was good, the choice of ottaman beds was not. I choose a bed which was higher than expected and within my budget for others i had seen. we got to processing the order and then found out, it would take 12 weeks to deliver. which means im on a floor for a few months, not ideal for a bad back. But it was the only option i had and the sales manager was very good at explaining the difference in product. unlike other bed specialist from other competitors
