All the staff were really helpful and particularly Pam who explained everything and took us to the dream machine which was a great experience. All the staff worked well as a team throughout the store. This gave a great experience despite social distancing measures.

When we entered we weren’t sure what we were looking for. We were approached by Roshan and he was so helpful, nothing was too much. He explained about the Sleep Match and got us to try it out. He had a wealth of knowledge and anything he didn’t know he would find out for us. He gave us space when trying out the products and didn’t feel pushy at all. He matched us to our perfect pillow, mattress and bed and ensured we were okay every step of the way. Thank you.
