The overall service was excellent from start to finish. Having the different mattresses explained to me and trying them out.

As soon as I walked through the door I was asked if I needed assistance, which I did as I spotted the bed that I wanted straight away. An old lady was laying on it, she really made me laugh when she said to me. Do you want to come and lay next to me. I politely said “no thank you, I have the mattress I want.” (She also had no mask on). Upon sitting down to pay and sort my delivery out, I was offered a bottle of water. I found service highly satisfying.
