The staff members were so very helpful and kind. They were so patient with my elderly mother, and gave her as much time and assistance as she needed, without trying to hurry her. We were in the store for a very long time, and never felt we were a nuisance.

Roshan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable

I thought that the technology used to determine which mattress would be more suited to me and my needs was fantastic. I also felt extremely looked after and that the assistant stuck to my budget without finding to get me spending what I couldn’t afford

My every question was answered well. Friendly staff, who entertained my little one while we looked around. He made our visit so fun

The sales person was polite,attentjve,listened to my personal needs and offered great advice. He was most helpful without pressurising me into the sale. Letting me and my partner time to discuss the merits of each bed tried.

Roshan was very attentive and friendly .We didn’t feel under any pressure to purchase .He explained all the varying differences in the mattresses we were matched with using the sleep match machine .Without his expertise I don’t believe we would have chosen the mattress we did which was dearer than what we probably wanted to spend but we know in the long run will prove a better purchase than the budget option.

No issues at all, straight forward

We had been in 4 similar stores on the same retail park before going into dreams, we found the others much higher priced, the staff pushy and just not a great experience. Amanda at dreams, was lovely, knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with.
