On this survey I answered some questions on a neutral score, because my visit to store was purely to browse the idea of needing a new bed so i has a vague idea and I was helped straight away at the door, met by extremely respectful staff that I felt were open at the idea of me browsing the store but at the same time after being asked a few questions I was lead to the area in the store where the beds best met my needs. I felt at ease to look around and with so many helpful staff someone was straight away available for my questions and I had many questions because the ease of simply looking around and not being led around or followed as if I was being forced to purchase something had actually led me to make a large purchase I wasn’t expecting to make.

We were attended to by Pam who was friendly, understanding and knowledgeable about our needs and products to suitable. We then returned to the store having thought about which mattress we would like to buy. Again Pam was in store and recognised us. We placed our order with no problem. Another member of staff also thanked us for returning to the store. I couldn't fault the service they gave us.

The sale assistant (Pam) was friendly, knowledgeable and Ken to ensure we ended up with the correct bed. We used the new test bed which worked out the ideal bed and were then able to test 5 different mattress which were recommended for us. Over all the service was excellent, we felt listened to and given a personal service. The sale assistant did not come across as pushy or demanding
