On this survey I answered some questions on a neutral score, because my visit to store was purely to browse the idea of needing a new bed so i has a vague idea and I was helped straight away at the door, met by extremely respectful staff that I felt were open at the idea of me browsing the store but at the same time after being asked a few questions I was lead to the area in the store where the beds best met my needs. I felt at ease to look around and with so many helpful staff someone was straight away available for my questions and I had many questions because the ease of simply looking around and not being led around or followed as if I was being forced to purchase something had actually led me to make a large purchase I wasn’t expecting to make.
