When you walk in there is hand sanitising stations which is always good given the current climate. Myself and my partner looked around by ourselves for around 5 minutes then a colleague was free and offered us assistance. She took us around the shop explaining different types of beds and mattresses. She showed us exactly what we were looking for and was very kind and professional
