Roshan was very welcoming, helpful and knowledgable. He made the whole experience a lot easier for us. He wasn’t pushy or overwhelming he gave us time to think and discuss the bed and frame we wanted to buy. He is a true asset to your Nottingham store.

From the moment we walked in to the store our experience was excellent. The sales team were friendly and took the time to listen to our needs. We did a sleep analysis and recommendations were made. We didn’t feel pushed to go for the most expensive bed option but something that suited us. The team in store were patient and accommodating to our kids who were very excitable at trying options and even let them do their own sleep analysis. We haven’t had a delivery date provided yet as it is dependent on mattress production but I feel assured the good service will continue. Our primary sales person was very knowledgeable and could describe the mattresses and their individual benefits. I wouldn’t hesitate to recline d Dreams for service over competitors.

Pamela was fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable and really wanted to help us select the right products for us. She was the reason we didn’t go and look at any of the other bed shops nearby.

Denier spent time discussing my options and listened to what is was that I was after. The bed that analyses what type of mattress would suit you made the process really quick and simple and was definitely correct to what I found most comfortable. Customer service was excellent.
