Pam was very friendly and well knowledgeable. She did help us to understand how the system work and then tried a number of mattresses that match our needs. She did present the prons and con and she was always happy to answer questions. We were pleased to deal with Pam and happy with the overall experience.

The customer assistant Pamela was incredible, she was very knowledgable and friendly. She made us feel very welcome and took time to answer all our questions. She was able to give us all information immediately. She was so fun to talk to, and very patient with us as we wanted to try the beds many times before purchasing. She talked us through everything, gave us PPE, gave us water, we felt very relaxed and very welcome.
