Attended the store in search of a rereplacement mattress. Welcomed to the store as soon as we entered in a pleasant and efficient way. Our needs were asked about and the way to deal with these was explained clearly. Different products were identified and described and very good advice given on the best ones for us. Once a product was decided upon, clear information was given about delivery and the process for taking our old mattress away. Very satisfied with the overall experience of attending the store.
