Sunday 25/10/20-We were welcomed straight away with member of staff who also introduced herself as Amanda. She enquired what product we were interested in. We were amazed with the computerised bedding analysis software, which analysed the bed that would suit us. We tried several beds and decided on the Tempur cooltouch k mattress it was very comfortable and a Lucia bed frame with draw and a Tempur cooltouch pillow. Amanda gave us a quote, which l said l needed to speak to my chiropractor to check if the mattress would be right for me, with me having back problems. I called on Tuesday 27/10/20 and placed the order with the manager Nigel, which he gave me a great discount overall and adding in bed cover which l was under decided about! Great service given. I can’t wait for my new bed frame and mattress to arrive!

She then gave us all the options available and the corresponding price range, as well as having full knowledge of how the mattresses were manufactured. She gave us time to make up our minds without being pushy which I feel is the most important quality. She made us fell very at ease. Delivery was arranged and we are looking forward to receiving the 2 new mattresses and trying them out
