The assistant was very friendly tailored the product to our individual needs no hard sell at all. The lady was very detailed in everything we needed to know about the mattress. Our experience was very professional and we felt comfortable. The delivery drivers too were excellent, came on time and called us before with a time slot, really friendly good delivery and gave us instructions as what to do when we start to use the mattress.

We arrived at the Castle Marina store and were very kindly greeted by Pam, whom very promptly allowed us to go on the sleep match equipment. This was fully sanitised before us getting on this and helped us narrow down our search from the outset. The bed we wanted was not in store and as we wanted to view it she kindly rang a neighbouring store to ensure that it was in their store for us to view and ensured a colleague was aware we were coming for assistance if we needed it. We wanted to make sure it was the right one for us. After viewing this, we went back to Pam and placed our order, throughout the whole time we were not pressured to purchase from her store, however due to her time, kindness and dedicated customer service I wanted to place my order with her. She sorted a very prompt delivery time and even though we had items out of stock, she went above and beyond for us to make sure it was delivered in 5 days. I would highly recommend dealing with her.

Sunday 25/10/20-We were welcomed straight away with member of staff who also introduced herself as Amanda. She enquired what product we were interested in. We were amazed with the computerised bedding analysis software, which analysed the bed that would suit us. We tried several beds and decided on the Tempur cooltouch k mattress it was very comfortable and a Lucia bed frame with draw and a Tempur cooltouch pillow. Amanda gave us a quote, which l said l needed to speak to my chiropractor to check if the mattress would be right for me, with me having back problems. I called on Tuesday 27/10/20 and placed the order with the manager Nigel, which he gave me a great discount overall and adding in bed cover which l was under decided about! Great service given. I can’t wait for my new bed frame and mattress to arrive!
