We were looked after from the second we arrived in the store, by Denier. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and also very friendly.

Friendly service.

The representative was helpful but was not overly involved, she gave us space to allow us to make our own decision but let us know where she was if we needed help and kept returning to make sure we was ok.

Couldn't fault Roshan he really listened and understood what we wanted. He also didn't push us once we had made a decision to spend more than we wanted to.

The service was brilliant

Roshan (the gentleman who looked after us) was absolutely brilliant, the rest of the staff were also great

I was welcomed as soon as I entered the store not forcing themselves on me asked me if I needed help and said if you do just ask members of staff I got a member of staff over when I looked round store the girl was so helpful she spent a lot of time with me in the end I purchased bed frame and mattress can’t wait till it comes will definitely recommend this store servic was excellent .

I was looked after by Darien he showed us lots of different options and we went home thought it though and them went back and placed the order.

One of the most daunting purchases I ever make is selecting a mattress. For me mattress and pillows have to be absolutely right and you can't always judge this whilst bed hopping in the showroom. Dreams have this device that is supposed to assess the right mattress for you. Whether this actually works or not it gives you a comforting reassurance that the choices it gives you could actually lead to you making the right choice. A member of staff approached us and told us straight away that he was 'in training' and we noticed another salesman standing quietly behind him. Both gentleman showed me the mattresses that had been recommended. I think I must be every salesman's nightmare as I always have lots of questions about the products I am thinking of purchasing. This is when the second salesman came into his own. Very calm and very knowledgable. He listened attentively to what I wanted, to my concerns and to my many questions about quality of product. The trainee salesman, I am sure, would have learnt a great deal by also listening to his responses. I ended up buying not only a mattress but a divan base and two pillows. Great shopping experience.
