A gentleman called Paul from the derby branch was very helpful and gave us the time to choose the correct bed for my comfort and support as I have arthritis so was important to choose the right one.

The shop assistant acknowledged us when we entered and pointed us to what we wanted to look at. She left us to make our decision which is what we wanted.

Amanda was really knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We are very excited (seriously) to be getting a new bed and mattress. We recently brought an Emma mattress which was awful so very much looking forward to receiving our new bed. Thank you

Friendly welcoming as soon as we walked in. Staff didn’t give the hard sell like other stores. Layout excellent and offering of using pillows to help in the selection. Pamela’s professionalism helped the purchase go really easy

Paul was very helpful and understanding of our requirements. He didn't overwhelm us and gave us time to try the mattresses. We were able to find the mattress we wanted with the delivery time we needed.

The product we looked on Dreams website on-line was available to view in Dreams Nottingham store, which helped us to fully satisfy ourselves of the product we wanted to buy as we could relate the product on how it will look in our bedroom. Store advisor Pam was helpful in explaining us the specifics of the product and helped us in choosing the colour. Enough time was given to us to look, feel and to make a decision. We visited to buy one bed frame, but we liked two and end up buying two bed frames. There was an option of spreading the costs over 20 months, which we took.
