It was my first time to visit a “sleep “ shop at castle marina in Nottingham. I was served by Nigel . He was superb. He explained the differences in mattresses , took the time to show me around , also all the various bed frames . I was not rushed around . I spent three hours there and ended up buying my king tempur mattress and Murphy bed frame as well as another king mattress for my sister . The shop closed at 8 but we stayed over that time to place the order and left around 8:45 pm . Nigel was kind/ friendly and knowledgable which I highly value as a customer . Thank you tons

We visited the Nottingham Castle Marina store on 14.04.2021. Upon entry Nigel greeted us with a smile and asked us what we were looking for, we explained we were looking for a cheaper alternative to a mattress we had seen online and he very quickly pointed us in the right direction, suggesting 3 beds in particular. We quickly made our decision and ordered our mattress about 15 minutes later. The whole process was brilliant and Nigel is a credit to your team! Very welcoming, helpful and not in the slightest bit "pushing for a sale". I've been in other stores where the employees are so pushy they've actually put me OFF buying a bed, but not the castle marina store. Please pass on my thanks to him!

we have been looking on line at other website for this bed. But this was the only one with the right amount of storage space.
