Dreams - Nottingham 2

Went to a store in nottingham and was approached by a colleague called Roshan. Brillant customer service and very knowledgeable on products within store. As we didnt know what type of mattress we wanted he made it so much easier for us to choose and what products would be best for us working around bugdet and space.

The young lady who assisted my wife and i in our purchase was very helpful and knew the products that she was selling and was able to answer all the questions we put to her it was nice to meet someone who knew what they were selling and be so knowledgeable about the products

I have never had such service from anyone I have purchased items from before it has been exceptional. Right from ordering in the store to adding services (old bed collection) to delivery and putting together. Every member of staff that I have come in to contact with in store over the phone or at my home have been faultless. A young man even delivered the bags for the old bed collection to my home when I later added the collection service. In adding that collection I lost my original delivery slot but he liaised with the delivery department and they were able to reinstate it. I will never go anywhere else when wanting to purchase a bed or mattress and will tell all my friends about your exceptional service. All your staff deserve congratulations for a truly 5 star service that I didn't think existed any more. Thank you. Sue Marsh

Store was safe Pam, salesperson, was great Bed tester thing was good

Our salesperson Roshan was knowledgeable, understood our needs and found us the mattress we needed. He was engaging and personable.

The assistance that I received from Dreams was fantastic. I was shown all the beds that matched my criteria - I was then offered further support with choosing a mattress. Roshan was extremely friendly and was able to discuss all the options with me. Roshan was able to advise me on all the mattresses that satisfied my needs and budget and was the main reason why I decided to go ahead with the purchase.

The store was very clean and tidy with a great selection of beds at prices that were clearly visible. Denier who introduced himself when we arrived helped us to understand the pricing and guided us through the range. He talked to us about social distancing and left us to browse the store and make our selection.
