I am disabled and physically don’t look like I have the money to buy any kind of bed but the sales assistant spent his time explaining thoroughly what would be best for me and why this led to me purchasing one of your electric 800i beds ! It was very helpful and spent a lot of time with me making sure I made the right choice this colleague was outstanding

Staff welcomed us into the store and were knowledgable and friendly and took the time to find the right mattress for our needs.

I visited the store twice with my son over two days and both times we were greeted warmly and quickly. My son was able to try out the bed machine (sorry can’t remember what it was called) to find out what mattress he would need which was really helpful and we were also offered water and seating when appropriate. I think we were helped by 4 members of staff over the two days, one of which was the manager but all were equally helpful, polite and a pleasure to be served by. I wouldn’t hesitate in going back. These guys were genuine and helpful and not just paying lip service in order to get a sale. There was no pressure at all to buy which is why we went back the second day to make a purchase. It’s worth mentioning that all members of staff were helpful and not just the ones that you will find on the sales invoice. We looked at several stores that weekend but Dreams is the one we will remember. 😊
