Dreams - Nottingham 2

The moment we walked in we were greeted by a friendly member of staff who asked what we were there for today and got us assistance. Pam was the colleague who looked after us during our visit and I can honestly say it was the customer service she gave us that made us want to give Pam the sale. After our time in store we left briefly to go to bed shops on the retail park which did have the same beds etc and in one shop we did see something we liked a bit cheaper but the customer service wasn’t a touch on Pam so we went back to see her. She was friendly, personal and super knowledgeable without being a pushy sales person, she listened to our wants and needs and recommended different options letting us take as long as we needed lying on the beds. Pam is a credit to Dreams and I would recommend Dreams again and again especially Pam.

Customer service was excellent, colleagues product knowledge was very good and paying for our purchase was very quick and straightforward

Denier was extremely helpful with no pressure put on us. He was also very knowledgeable and just a nice guy.

Assistant was friendly, knew his products and was able to answer all our queries.

Amanda was brilliant she explained our options and asked us through the mattress analysis system then showed us to each suggested mattress giving all the information needed and the exact amount of time needed for us to decide on each one. She wasn't pushy just lovely 😊

Staff very good, especially the staff member who served us,cannot remember his name but it began with D.

Clean choice and accessible friendly staff just not enough of them so I had to find someone or wait a whike
