great communication with member of staff { denier } and i...understanding my needs ...with purchasing 3 beds all going to 3 different address,s......made this purchasing venture a doddle ...many thanks to dreams and nice 1 denier ......

The sales person Pamela was fantastic really enthusiastic knowledgeable friendly.we bought the bed because of her fantastic customer service a real credit to your firm.

Roshan was really friendly and not pushy. We used the machine to help match us to beds and Roshan was great about listening to what we wanted and not wasting our time with unsuitable options. I felt that we were given good guidance on what we might want (we hadn't bought a mattress before and so we didn't know what to look for), without being pushed to buy the most expensive item in the store.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store by Pam who then helped us through all our questions and assisted in identifying the appropriate products we needed. We used sleepmatch to determine the best mattresses for us. Pam gave us lots of help in understanding the different mattresses but also gave us plenty of space to try these out. We were in store for around 2.5 hours and Pam was regularly checking we were ok, offered us water etc. She also suggested additional items we weren't aware of and very happily purchased some very comfortable pillows! An excellent experience altogether, very impressed by the team.

Nigel was very helpful, understood our requirements and pointed us in the right direction to help us make our choice of bed.

It is the first time I have visited a Dreams store. I was served by Denier who had excellent customer service. He answered all my questions correctly and was informative without being pushy. I returned three times to the shop and each time Denier was helpful. He is a credit to your company and there should be more salesmen like him. He said definitely contributed to my purchase. Thank you Dreams and thank you Denier.

Very helpful advice from Pamela plus she gave us time to chat through our final decision alone so we didn’t feel pressured. Pamela was also keen to offer options to suit different budgets without pressure

I thought the mattress-analysis software used was great and simplified the process of exactly which mattresses were most suited to my body. The sales assistant was very friendly, patient as I tried the same mattress several times, and she explained clearly what the differences were vs price. If it wasn’t for her I would have struggled to make a firm selection quickly and easily. Lots of hygiene to comply with Covid so I felt completely at ease.

Roshan went above and beyond to ensure our shopping and payment needs were met. He was courteous and diligent. We visited other shops on the retail park but it was Roshan and his customer service focus that sealed the deal for us.

The assistant was very patient and helped us find the correct bed for us.
