Roshan our sales assistant was great. Very patient and understanding of the fact that this was a big investment. He was very knowledgeable on the products and took time to show us everything that was suited to our needs and budget.

The sales manager was extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses we were looking at and he was patient and courteous with my elderly parents. Very friendly

Great service very helpful and friendly

We had been in Dreams the week before we bought our new bed in Castle Marina, Nottingham. Your colleague Denier explained about the bed and mattress, when the next offers were etc. The bed I chose was quite expensive so I wanted thinking time to be sure about my purchase. I went back a week later to the store to look for Denier to make our purchase because he had been so helpful. He, at no time was pushy, he was polite, explained about the mattress springs, revolving the mattress, not turning it over, lovely guy.

Pamela was very knowledgeable but wasnt pushy.she showed us a range of beds and left us to try them with.no sales pressure.
