Amanda was excellent, gave us choice and time to review our options. We already had a frame in mind but needed to review our options for mattresses! We got lots of choice and we’re able to choose the right one for us! We love the sleep machine. The only downside was the fact it will take 3 months (12 weeks) to be delivered which seems very excessive!

Good products and fast friendly service

The staff was friendly and attentive and made the experience easy and hassle free

Was greater in a pleasent manner, shown to mattress to try out offered a bottle of water and talked us through the order and offering other items to go with product

Pam, the sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable on all the different mattresses and took her time to explain how and where they were made, invited me to try the sleep machine and explained how it worked, talked through a quote, discount and interest free credit available. All in all it was a pleasant experience thank you

Sales advisor was very knowledgable and offered to show me several options. I had confidence in his understanding of what I was looking for. There was a good selection of beds in the store - better to see things ‘in the flesh’ as opposed to on the website.
